Services & Deliverables

• Services include, but are not limited to, branding, packaging, logo design, and other graphic design solutions.
• Deliverables will be provided in agreed file formats and within the timeline specified in the project agreement.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required in advance before any work begins.
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Invoices must be paid in full before the start of the project.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• Upon full payment, you receive full rights to the final design (unless stated otherwise).
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

Revisions & Modifications

Revisions are included as per the agreed project scope. Additional changes beyond this may be subject to extra charges.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs.

Termination

• Either party may terminate a project if terms are violated.
• If a project is terminated by the client after work has begun, no refunds will be issued.
